Our Office Dr. Chris Kennedy from Beverly Hills designed the changes made to this 1870 barn. The work started in 1998 and was finished in 2000. The building was designed with 12-inch walls and unique windows that let in lots of light, but the slant prevents the sun from shining directly in the building in summer. |

designed with a view. This is his main operatory and
provides an abundance of natural light. Bottom left: This comfortable, relaxing room in Dr. Painter's office was originally a silo. He had the 30-foot silo lined with Cyprus wood and topped it with a glass lid , then installed skylights in the main part of the barn for natural lighting. Top right: Dr. Painter's waiting room includes leather chairs, with a wood-burning stove and refreshments. |
